Add lighting and convex mirrors at the bays

Great initiative. One addition: if the bays are built, please also include low-consumption LED lighting at each one.

Many of us ride the path on the way home from work, when it is already dark for half the year. An unlit bay is hard to see and risks being useless exactly when it is needed most.

At blind spots, convex mirrors would also help.
