Draft budget presentation and feedback session

The municipal administration invites citizens to the public presentation of the draft budget.

Programme

20:45 — Registration and distribution of the summary document
21:00 — Overview of the main revenue and spending items by the Budget Department
21:30 — Planned investments in schools, roads, public green spaces and social services
21:50 — Open floor: questions, suggestions and objections
22:40 — Closing remarks and how to submit written observations

How to take part

Entry is free and open to all. Registering through this platform is recommended to help organise seating, but is not required.

Venue

The meeting will be held in the council chamber of Palazzo Salimbeni, the recently restored town hall. The building is wheelchair accessible.
