In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the Municipality of Nonantola provides the following information on the processing of personal data collected through this participation platform.

Data Controller

Municipality of Nonantola. For information on data processing and to exercise your rights, you can contact the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) through the Municipality's official channels.

Purposes and legal basis

Personal data provided during registration (username, email address) and content published on the platform (proposals, comments, votes) are processed to enable participation in the public consultation on the renovation of Parco della Resistenza. The legal basis is the performance of a task in the public interest (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR).

Data collected

The platform collects: email address and username at registration; IP address and technical browsing data; content voluntarily published by the user (proposals, comments, voting preferences).

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies necessary for the platform to function (e.g. login session management) and may use third-party cookies for additional features. You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the public consultation and for the subsequent period required by public administration record-keeping regulations.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, by contacting the Data Controller.

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable regulations.
